FIREWORK IT, OG.

WHAT: A fully-baked concept killed a month before shoot date.
CONTEXT: My pride and joy for 14 months. Going with the punches + letting it roll off my back (love some riddles to describe pain) but also want to share our intentions with the world.
WHAT IT WAS: For Firework Mascara, my partner Madeline Waggoner and I recreated Missy Elliot’s iconic Work It music video… as Firework It. I wrote a :60/:30/:20 version of the song that we recorded with a singer out in LA (s/o Belle!) and worked with our in-house editor (s/o Tyler!) to create this dope sizzle to show how our idea would live.
